Location and Directions

     All Kindermusik Summer Classes are held at the Middletown United Methodist Church (MUMC). MUMC is located in Middletown, Maryland off of Alt. Route 40. As you come down Braddock Mountain look for Fern Lane. Make a left turn onto Fern lane and a right onto Fern Court which will take you into the MUMC parking lot.

     Coming from points North of Frederick and the downtown Frederick area use Route 40 (West Patrick Street). After passing the Fredericktowne Mall on your right look for signs for Alt. Route 40 and make the left turn.

     Coming from the east on I-70 use the Braddock/Middletown exit and go left on Alt. Route 40.

Kindermusik Summer Class Selections
     Check Class(es) you wish to attend. You will be notified if a class is full. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

  Arrive 15 minutes early for first class

  Materials are not optional.

  Half of tuition (plus materials) is due on or before the first class. The remaining tution is due by the third class session.

  There is a 10% discount on tuition for siblings.

   When you have completed filling in this form go ahead and print it. You can either mail or bring your form to the first class. Currently we are unable to accept forms via the web. Thank you!!
